Dialogue is a purposeful inquiry into the assumptions, values and processes that bring understanding to common experience and informs collective action. Dialogue assumes there is a deep wholeness that can be made visible. It survives in a flow of meaning that requires a shared “field" of experience.

Criteria for Dialogue:

1. All parties to a dialogue must be able to aprticipate in it.
2. All parties to a dialogue must want to participate in it.
