Twin Engines, One Mission

CP Yen Foundation Launches Dual-Engine Leadership
to Drive Dialogue Culture Forward

Board of Directors Unanimously Appoints Jackie Chang and Jorie Wu
as Co-CEOs to Advance Dialogue Culture

May 25, 2026  |  Taipei

The CP Yen Foundation, dedicated to fostering a culture of dialogue and promoting sustainable social development, reached a landmark resolution at its fourth board meeting of the ninth term: the board unanimously approved the appointment of Ms. Jackie Chang (張桂芬) as Co-CEO. She will join forces with current CEO Ms. Jorie Wu (吳咨杏) to officially launch a “Co-CEO System” effective immediately.

This innovative leadership structure marks the beginning of a new chapter for the CP Yen Foundation, as it adopts a “dual-engine” strategic vision to comprehensively accelerate the reach and influence of dialogue culture across Taiwan and internationally.

Ms. Jackie Chang brings 17 years of experience in public relations consulting, with deep expertise in industry communications and stakeholder engagement. Following her transition into the field of facilitation, she served as Asia Chair and Board Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and hosted two IAF annual conferences in Taiwan. Like current CEO Jorie Wu, Ms. Chang holds the distinction of being an IAF Certified Facilitator Master and Assessor — the field’s highest credential.

Ms. Chang has served as a director of the CP Yen Foundation since 2008 and assumed the role of Deputy Executive Director in 2022. Over nearly two decades, she has excelled at introducing dialogue and facilitation methodologies into diverse sectors, demonstrating forward-thinking international expertise, a broad strategic vision, and exceptional cross-sector networking capabilities. Her leadership and depth of practical experience have long been recognized and valued by the Board of Directors and the broader facilitation community.

The CP Yen Foundation Board of Directors expressed that the Co-CEO appointment is expected to inject new momentum into the Foundation’s development and lead it toward new heights. In light of the rapidly evolving social challenges and the pressures of globalization, the CP Yen Foundation’s decision to adopt a Co-CEO model at this juncture reflects a deliberate and forward-looking strategic choice. The Foundation looks forward to Ms. Jackie Chang and Ms. Jorie Wu working in close partnership — as twin engines — to drive CP Yen’s dialogue initiatives across the fields of education, business, non-profit organizations, and public affairs. By integrating cross-sectoral thinking with grounded local implementation, they aim to build a more dialogic and resilient society.
